DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, absolutely!
We offer two types of gift cards, one that is 500NT and another for 1000NT.
To remain environmental, this will all be e-gift cards!
HOW TO RECEIVE AND USE EGIFT ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD?
(1) Collection: Go to the mailbox and select the electronic gift card to pick up the letter, click [Receive the electronic gift card now], you will be automatically connected to the collection page, enter the email account number and verification code of the mailbox, read the details and press OK to complete the collection.
(2) Use: After receiving the electronic gift card, a QR code will be generated by the system. You can use a mobile device to show or print the QR code to make a payment .
I RECEIVED AN E-GIFT CARD IN MY MAILBOX. HOW CAN I SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT I CANNOT OPEN THE COLLECTION?
Due to some mailbox firewall settings, it is not possible to open the collection operation smoothly. The recommended operation is as follows:
(1)Mouse over [Receive e-Gift Card Now] and right click to copy the link
(2)Copy the link to other web pages (such as other personal email boxes or electronic communication software such as LINE) to open it, and then follow the procedure.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN E-GIFT CARD PURCHASE?
After the electronic gift card has completed the purchase process, and the recipient has completed the collection, it cannot be returned (payment) or cancelled. The gift card collection link will be sent back to your e-mail box. You can collect the amount of the gift card yourself. The amount cannot be refunded directly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Fresh roasted goods, such as coffee beans and ear pouches, have an expiration date. Except for severely defective products, we will not accept returns.
Please contact customer service (customer service phone: 02-29393091) before returning the defective product to explain the condition of the product, and the office will evaluate and confirm whether it can be returned.
Please return the goods together with the invoice to Uniocafe office (No. 64, Section 2, Zhinan Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City ) and inform the freight. Freight will be refunded along with the refund.
